To be eligible, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Simply submit your request through our Contact Page with your order number.

• Store Credit – receive the full value of your purchase to enjoy on any future order.

• Restock & Refund – receive a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

Please note that return shipping costs apply, and refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your item.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email. Should you wish to have your order reshipped or sent to a new address, a new shipping fee will apply.

If you decide not to proceed with the shipment, the order will be canceled, and you will receive a refund for the cost of the goods. Please note that taxes and shipping fees are non-refundable.
